Welcome back for another invigorating edition of our journal. As usual, we have a few points of reference to direct you to for Issue 21:
This issue features a number of exciting works by classic writers, including Michael McClure, Frank Lima, Abraham Sutzkever, and Dashdorjiin Natsagdorj. This mingles with work by contemporary authors writing about/within the present day, such as Chloe Veylit, Tom Pyun, and Joshua Merchant.
Our cover was provided by Mequitta Ahuja, a renowned artist whose works have been exhibited across the entire US. Says Ahuja on her work, “I am motivated by big ideas like painting as a record of our changing notions of beauty or how to make paintings that communicate clearly and engage the viewer in the production of meaning.” Visit her online at http://www.mequittaahuja.com.
